Update

It’s evident from the comment trail that I need to write an update. Except for a few revisions to footnotes, we’ve finished the last chapter. The Afterward and the two appendices are finished but need some careful editing. The table of contents page must be updated. Then we’ll read through the whole thing looking for owies.

That’s it. 

Someone asked where they can buy it. You can’t yet. When it’s published it will appear on lulu.com first. At least the ebook will be on Amazon and B&N. We don’t know what prices will be yet. That’s not up to us. Ebook will be least expensive, I imagine. The advantage of the ebook is that some illustrations will be in original color. The print editions are black and white because the book would be hugely expensive with color.
